Method:
- Line baking tray, preheat oven to 190°C.
- In a large bowl, combine Yoghurt and Flour untill balls form.
- Turn onto floured bench and knead for 5 minutes. Add extra Flour if the dough is too stickey.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle of even thickness, using a rolling pin.
- Spread Tomato Paste evenly over the entire dough surface.
- Sprinkle Bacon and ¾ cup Cheese over the Tomato Paste. Sprinkle Herbs on top.
- Roll the dough into a log, starting from one end cut into 2cm slices.
- Place side up on tray and sprinkle with leftover Cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, Leave to cool.
